The flat is a two-bedroom flat.

One room is taken by a professional male in his mid-30s, leaving another room available on July 1st. Hot water and Heating are included.

Having lived in the flat - I can say the biggest plus is the garden, which is a sun trap in the daytime - perfect for BBQs or just sitting out and reading the paper. The flat has SO much storage and the bedrooms are a great size.
