Looking to rent out the second bedroom in my refurbished two story flat for a minimum of 12 months starting beginning of June.

The bedroom has an en suite bathroom (including bath), loads of build-in storage space, a roof terrace, fully furnitured including a double bed and is located on the 2nd floor of the flat ensuring privacy.

The flat is perfectly located - less than a minute walk from Notting Hill Gate Underground station and multiple supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. It offers a spacious shared living room and open kitchen, with lots of natural light. The flat is fully furnished.

You'd just be living with myself - I'm a 32 year old Dutchie working in Finance - in the office a minimum of 4 days a week. I am relaxed, respect my flatmate's privacy and like to have a drink on the weekend.
