Double room available to rent in house share

We're Chloe (30), Chelsey (37), and Dawn (30) and we have a room available in our house from mid June on a long term contract.
We all love music, comedy and going to the pub!

In between Nunhead and Queens Road station; this 4 bed, 3 story house is a short walk to Peckham Rye, Telegraph Hill and Nunhead Green.

The house features a nice paved garden, dishwasher and downstairs loo and you'll only share a bathroom with one other person. There's a huge living room with skylight, modern kitchen with under floor heating and includes more storage than you can shake a stick at.

The room that would be yours is unfurnished but includes a large built in wardrobe.

We’re looking for someone who's clean and tidy, enjoys the odd house dinner and is respectful and considerate of their housemates and surroundings.
Apologies but no pets, couples, students or smokers.

Rent would be £850 excluding bills which are roughly £150 each and would include contents insurance and a biweekly cleaner of communal spaces.
