Is a newly renovated two story flat. It has two bathrooms and a large kitchen/living area.
The room:
Is on the upstairs floor and the largest bedroom in the house. It comes fully furnished, plus a TV.
Housemates:
You’ll be living with three really good guys. All young professionals in their mid 20s. All friendly and sociable, and like to hang out but also respect downtime and privacy.
Bills are not included but work out about £80 pm (council tax applies - band C)
