Big, bright double room available in an amazing location just off Shoreditch/Old Street. Angel, Hoxton, Dalston and Brick Lane are all within easy walking distance. The house is also just a two minute stroll from Regents Canal.  Great travel links on the buses (no: 76, 21, 141, 271, 205, 214, 43, 55, 253, 73, 38) and a 10 minute walk to both Old St and Angel tube stations.

The room has lots of natural light and comes furnished (an excellent Warren Evans king size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe).  The room is £800 a month, all bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, Virgin HD TV package, and weekly cleaner) and is on the 1st floor of a lovely three bed, three storey house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Large sitting room, kitchen, one bathroom, a second toilet and a gorgeous little garden. A spare off-street car park space also comes with the house.

All mod cons included: washing machine, dryer, HD TV and power shower.

You will be sharing with a fun, young family so ideally suitable for a professional who works in the area, who is friendly and laid back.
