Bright and spacious double room in lovely house on quiet side road near to Old Street roundabout - extremely close to the City with Shoreditch, Moorgate, Clerkenwell and Angel on the doorstep.

The room is fully furnished with plenty of built in storage and comfy double bed. Everything you need is already here - fresh linens and towels are provided as well as a fortnightly cleaner.

The house has a big shared bathroom with a large bath and shower. There's a brand new washing machine, and the bright and well-stocked kitchen has a dishwasher and all the usual appliances. The kitchen is open-plan with the dining and living areas, and there's a large roof-terrace which is great in summer.

All bills are included, and there is affordable street parking available at additional cost from the local council.

We are a very laid back but tidy and considerate professional couple who are looking for someone like-minded to share their home from Monday to Friday.
