Double room (furnished) in awesome flat

I’m renting out my spare room in a brand(ish) new apartment, the place is really cool. We even have a roof terrace! The building is situated on Wellesley Terrace (N1 7NA) and includes a key-fobbed entrance with video phone, lift, bike storage and a communal roof terrace. Moments away from Old Street Station with easy walking access to Angel (Upper St), the City, and of course Shoreditch.

The room is a tidy double which includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and mirror. Unlike most adverts you see there is a good sized living room which is completely kitted out, alongside a dining area and small utility room. The bathroom is spacious and there is a hallway cupboard offering shared storage. The apartment has wooden floors through-out with carpeted bedrooms. Overall it’s well furnished, spacious and light – as i said, the block is brand new. If you have loads of clothes and general stuff we can def fit it in.

The rent is £900 ALL INCLUDED, on a monthly rolling basis. Works out around 750 without. i'm looking for someone to move in around the end of May or June 2015. If you're available before/after we can work around it. I'd like to keep it casual so didn't ask the last guy for any deposit or a contract. However this is my place, so if you break it, you fix it and please treat it as a home.

I am the live-in Landlord, I’m a 27 year old male working in financial consultancy. Like most i enjoy a few nights out around shoreditch/angel alongside sport and live music. I’m looking to live with someone who can respect this is my home and some thought has gone into decorating it. Therefore sadly no students.

I’m looking for a young professional male/female who’s sociable, tidy and respects the working week. I refuse to walk round after you cleaning the bathroom/washing up dishes. That’s not to say I’m all over anything not on a coaster, just be ‘normal’ please. I’m very much up for beers on the weekend/cheeky few during the week.

Moreover i want someone who is sociable, can interact with and is willing to meet a few of my friends, while hoping to meet a few of yours. However that is not an excuse to have a move-in girlfiend. Guests/partners welcome, but this is an advert for one, not two! Let’s have a bit of fun! I'm expecting that we spent little time in our respective rooms but are out exploring live music, stupid art neither of us understands - that's what i'm looking for.
