My current flatmate is sadly moving out soon, which leaves a large fully furnished double room going free from 19 DECEMBER 2016, just a few minutes from old street tube!
Great location, perfect for someone working in the city -
Under 5 mins walk to Old Street tube for the northern line, 20 minute walk to Liverpool street. 10 minutes to Bank by bus. Five minutes walk to Hoxton square, and all of the many bars nearby in Hoxton and Shoreditch.
The flat is fully furnished & recently refurbished to a high spec modern finish. Includes wifi, virgin TV, Netflix, Sonos sound system.
Cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

Bedroom has a double bed, memory foam mattress, two chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. There is a separate toilet and shower room which are both shared. The flat is generally very quiet as its away from any busy roads and neighbours are quiet.
About me - I am 26 work in Bank, pretty long hours and generally am out a lot during the weekday evenings or working late. Looking for a sociable, clean and tidy professional of similar age.
