Lovely comfy room to rent in lovely comfy home

hello!

I'm looking for a nice, tidy person to join our house of three.. The room is fully furnished with double bed ( with under bed storage), chest of drawers and wardrobe. Duvet and pillows included if needed. The tenant would share a bathroom with one other tenant. There is a bath and shower and bathroom storage space.

The house also has lovely living room, kitchen and garden area with bbq. Each tenant has cupboard and fridge space. Washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine are also available.

On road Car parking is available at tenants own expense. Tenants can park bike outside the front of the house at own risk.

Looking for : non smoker, tidy and reliable person. Easy going, like to chill, enjoys music and film. Currently Both tenants work either full time or 5/6 days a week so all are very much on their own schedule but enjoy evening chilling and catching up.

Expectations: on time payment of rent, tidiness and cleanliness in communal areas, being trustworthy, honest and fun!
