Master bedroom in three bed house in Oval

Hey! We’re looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed house in Oval!

We’re looking for a third person to move into our three bed house in Oval. It’s a cute house in a little private gated mews community. We’ve got a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory with a garden for summer too.

I'm moving out as I've bought my own place so you'd be moving in with two really nice and normal guys Ollie and Sam. This is for the master bedroom in the house which is furnished with a double bed and and a whole wall of built in wardrobes - loads of storage. The rest of the house is furnished too. Note the picture is currently the medium bedroom - working on updating that!

Move in date is 7th July and you'd be replacing me on the contract. Bills are around £150 a month. Looking for someone to sign for the year but there is just a £50 replacement fee if you want to leave at any time.

The letting agent will require references but it’s all very quick and easy :)

About your housemates:
Ollie and Sam are 24 and 26, love football and a pint - pretty normal guys :) Ollie is moving out in September so if you've got a friend that would want to move in then, it could work out well!
