Big Double Room by Oval station - bills included +

Hi there!

We are Fabio and Martina :) . We are looking for a person (or a couple) to take our room, which will become available in our flatshare in Kennington in mid-June (from the 15th).

The house is in an amazing location - right in front of the Oval Underground Station on the Northern Line, 10 minutes to Vauxhall, and 15-minutes walk from Elephant and Castle!

It’s a three-bedroom flat on the third floor of a building. There’s a small kitchen with a washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer. We have spare cutlery, plates, pans and pots, so everything you need for your cooking. There’s also a spacious living room with a table and a sofa, there is a bathroom and a separated toilet.

The spacious room comes unfurnished but we can sell you the double bed, two bedsides tables, a wardrobe, a drawer chest and a desk for a reasonable price.

The flat comes with 2 lovely and friendly housemates (both guys of 23 and 28 years old), who are young professionals.

Bills are all included, including the council tax. The deposit is one month's rent, to be paid to us.

The contract expires in mid-September, but it can be renewed. We need to leave the house as we are moving out of the country.

Please, note we can accept only professional workers.
