The room is at 2nd floor of a Georgian Terrace in a peaceful garden square seconds away from Oval Tube Station (8mins walk to Vauxhall rail Station) and 15mins bus away from Victoria, London Bridge and the vibrant centres of Peckham and Brixton.

The room opens on a large balcony and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a desk. The common area is at first floor and includes a dining room, a kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) and a bathroom. Wooden floor throughout.

The blooming Kennington Park and the healthy food of the Oval Farmers' Market are few steps away.

The flat is shared with me, an eclectic foodie Italian architect in his forties and an English psychologist!:)

Due to Covid, monthly rent is only £680 all in (if you know, you don't want to miss this) for the next three months. Rent will be subject to review at the end of April on the base of the general financial situation at the time.
