Room available in Parsons Green

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my room in my flat before the end of May.

The room comes fully furnished with a huge wardrobe, bed (new mattress), desk and bedside table. The room is £929 per month including all bills except gas (which comes to about £7 every 3 weeks or so as it's manually topped up).

The flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. It's located in Parson's Green about an 8 minute walk from the Parson's Green tube and lots of bus routes around, as well as lovely parks, green spaces and pubs. Such a pretty area with lots of shops & cute cafes nearby. The girls who live here are lovely and tidy (all aged around 24).

The great part about this is that you can leave the contract whenever you like as long as you find someone to replace you.
