I have 1 room left to rent of the two which is a small double if you wish or a single in my lovely house in exclusive Parson Green. I go travelling and I live in Spain some of the year, so essentially lots of the time you would have the house to yourself with one other lodger who is at her sister house most of the day. I have a single or small double room available now, it can be made into a single or double.. The property has a communal dining room in the kitchen where we all sit and talk at times and you have use of the sitting room when I am not around. I will be away for work at times. It has a lovely private front and back garden and a gated communal garden with the houses around the outside. It is extremely warm cosy and clean.

Just to confirm I am often not there but come and go from time to time as I have another house in Spain and a camper van. My boyfriend also lives in South of France and we travel a lot as he is in the airline industry. I´m only here as I have exams at the moment. But I´m not here for 4 weeks over the summer and then I leave for Spain in August and don't get back until around October as we are travelling again. I just got back 2 days ago from travelling. The other lodger is never in apart from the odd day, just sleeps in the house as her sister lives on the same road a few doors away and she works as well. So she comes in around 10.30 pm sleeps and then goes to work in the morning. I also have a cleaner when I´m not here, who I sometimes ask to come in a spruce it up if I´m away for a few weeks for when I return. So you will be on your own for a lot of the time with us coming in and out from time to time. Very quiet and peaceful allowing you to work from home on occasions if you need to. If that does not fit your lifestyle and you want a more vibrant household, that's fine please don't worry we are all different. It´s not the place for you sadly.

Available long term over 6 month only with a 1 year contract. Bills are NOT included in the rent. You will pay your portion of the bills which is around 150 GBP each per month but includes everything in that price, gas, electric, water, broadband, TV licence and council tax.

This is a single person room so please do not ask for couples.

You will have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for your room that will be drawn up. You need to provide two references and affordability proof. If you are working in the UK you will need to prove you have a British passport or that you have the right to work in the UK.
