Double Room in great location in Peckham

Hi there

We have a room going in our three person flatshare in Peckham. The flat is located very close to Burgess Park with great transport connections, 12 min walk to Peckham Rye Overground, right next to bus stops heading to Elephant and Castle and central London.

The room is up a flight of 12 stairs and it is large and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa. The flat only has a kitchen as the communal area but also a backyard which with a little work can become a nice hanging out spot in the warmer months. Bills come to about 70-80 per person per month.

The flatmates are myself (Angel, they/he) I work as a gardener and also occasionally work on projects in the arts. Love cooking, plants and dancing! And Matthew (he/him) who works in PR in Opera. We are definitely not a party house and more on the quiet side of things lol.

Looking for someone chilled and down to earth and ideally queer or an ally to move in as soon as possible as the person that was about to move in fell through. I will be holding viewings this coming weekend 27, 28 and possibly eve of 29th if needed.
