The flat is located around terraced houses and Surrey Canal is just 2 mins away, ideal for jogging, cycling or walking as it leads to Burgess Park.

Transport links are very good. The Overground links Peckham with Canada water (Jubilee line) only one stop and westbound Clapham North (Northern line) and Clapham Junction. Trains to London Bridge take just 7mins and Victoria (2x stops). Thameslink passes through Elephant & Castle and Blackfriars up to Farringdon. Peckham Bus Terminal is a short walk away with loads of routes and Night Buses. Old Kent Rd is also close with more buses and supermarkets, including a top local butcher with the best hand cut bacon!
