For a spacious, light , EU friendly unconventional flat.. it's a lovely big double room on the walkway side so lots of winter sun / blank canvas for the right person .... can make it your own ... it comes with double bed platform with new mattress, chest of drawers clothes rail ...were on top floor stairs no lift , small block of 38 with great nieghbours
We are pretty easy going like to live with conscious Eco thinkers doers - as long as you work , COOK - you must be a cook and foodie , shop, domesticated! No slackers We share stock ingredients and most importantly you are looking for a home not a crash pad and you want to be around for awhile ... We all share the cleaning .. We like good food, coffee, herb teas, trash TV , Netflix , eating together sometimes and London Town
we have an open door to family and friends ..
...all smoking outside on our little balcony garden - unless its snowing or late late at night then its roll ups only

Rent incl all bills and shared stuff like loo paper
W/m TV broadband and great sofa.

buses to all four corners of london town - elephant & castle or southwark nearest tube - queens road rail station 5 min away.
