Big Single Room In Beautiful Great Location House

I have one single room available from as soon as possible! (the guy moving in failed referencing) in a shared house opposite Peckham Rye station. £667.00 per month not inc bills. Bills are around £60.00 a month. i deal directly with the landlord and have a good relationship with them, but GJM do the contract and referencing.
I have lived in this house for two years and totally love it. Mostly wooden floors, original sash windows, downstairs loo, bath tub, walled garden, an attempt at a herb garden, cherry tree (!) shed, brand new kitchen, french windows, light rooms, lots of birds and cats passing by the back garden etc, etc... we also have a cleaner once every fortnight for £30.00 that we take turns paying.
Professionals preferable, doesn't matter where you work, of course we occasionally go crazy, but this isn't a party house, it is a clean and comfortable home. I run a gallery in East London, and my housemate works for an art magazine also in East London.
