I am moving in with my partner and the lease on my flat has a remaining 17 month term. I am looking for someone to take over the lease. Most of the furniture is mine, but I can leave pieces for your use (open to negotiation). The flat is lovely and comfortable. 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Ground floor level. Freshly painted and with new carpet. Equidistant to Pimlico, Sloane Square and Victoria stations. Battersea power station is also just across the river, easy to walk to. Bills are not included. The living room is at the front of the flat and the bedroom is off the road at the back. ** please see video (not it shows flat before I moved in. Flat has since been repainted a lovely light grey colour and the carpet is now a dark grey. I have taken out the living room furniture too)
