We are two sisters with two spare rooms for rent at a very good price. We are easy to get along with and respectful of your privacy, we are happy for you to have friends over now and again but please do not invite people to sleep over for long periods of time.

Our parents live abroad but sometimes come back to London for a holiday - this is why we look for short term lets. You are welcome to stay when they come and will be given at least 3 months notice (unless exceptional circumstance) but we would like you to be aware of this situation.

Small Double room. 500
The room for rent is the loft floor which has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedroom has built in cupboards and a lot of natural light and good view. The bathroom is also very nice with a walk in shower.

Single room. 400
This single bed room is at the front of the house on the second floor. It has a small cupboard and a small desk.

Good local amenities, Tesco express and local corner shops. Good transport, it's a 7 minute walk to Plaistow Station and we have many local buses.

Stratford is 15 minutes away by bus. 20 minutes to the University of East London- Stratford Campus. Close to Canary Wharf (15 minutes by train).
