The rooms are upstairs along with the bathroom. They are neat and fully furnished. The double bedroom is overlooking the garden. Suits singe occupant who is sociable and also likes their own space ( no couples but I do not mind occasional overnight guest ) who is professional in FT work, public/ private/ charity sector.

Sharing: upstairs large bathroom with great shower over the bath and downstairs kitchen, which leads into the garden.

The house has CH, double glazing, gas hot water, bills incl. plus fast WiFi.
TV in upstairs living room with Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, paramount etc.
Cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean common areas.

Must love cats as there are 4 who live here.

Transport: Regular bus routes to Woolwich- just outside is the 51, and it’s a short walk for 53 & 291. Woolwich has the Elizabeth line, national rail & DLR. Fast, easy connections for City, Tottenham Court Road, London Bridge, Bank etc.
On- street parking if you have a car, no permit required.
