Double room available in a spacious 3 bedroom Victorian house in Plumstead, SE18.

The room has recently been decorated and is fully furnished. It includes a dressing table (with mirror), chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, lamp, shelving and a bed with a really good mattress.

It's around 7 mins walk from Plumstead station, close to Woolwich, which has the DLR. Lots of buses nearby and you can be in London Bridge in 27 mins, Greenwich in 16 mins. Woolwich also has the Thames clipper river boat, which goes to Greenwich and central London.

Next to the high street, 15 min walk from the common which has two good pubs. 5 mins on the bus from Woolwich which has lots of shops and pubs.

Sharing with me and my 8 year old daughter, who lives with me 3 or 4 nights a week on average. We also have a cat, so you must like children and pets!
