I am looking for an individual who can take my current contract which ends on 30/09/2024. There is also a possibility to extend the contract subject to a nominal fee with the agency. The house has 5 bedrooms and you will be staying with 4 other housemates who are really friendly. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared. There is one toilet on the ground floor and another bathroom with the WC on the top floor. The kitchen has all the modern equipment except for a dishwasher.

The room comes completely furnished with a lovely built in wardrobe, double bed, study table, chair and book shelf. The bedroom is on the top floor and is facing the backyard and receives ample daylight. You can see Canary wharf on one side and old heritage hotels on another with a good balance of green space.

The whole estate is managed by a private agency who are very responsive and accessible. There is a cleaner coming once in 2 weeks to clean the communal spaces.
