Double room in beautiful Primrose Hill suitable for a midweek stay only. Spotlessly clean with new furniture and bedding.

Quiet, peaceful and cosy, this is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in a Georgian terraced home. There are delightful neighbours, cafes, restaurants, and two parks moments away.

5 minutes walk from Chalk Farm station or 10 minutes from Camden Town. The flat is 20 minutes from Kings Cross, 15 minutes from Euston and a 25 minute walk from Baker Street.

The room has a triple built-in wardrobe that offers ample storage to maximise space in this 8.5 x 8.5 foot double room. There’s under bed storage too.

A desk and chair offer space to work. However we need to juggle both working from home as I’m there too a couple of days a week.

There is a brand new double bed and orthopaedic mattress, with newly bought bedding, towels, cushions, and furniture. Towels and bedding are included. There’s a new washer-dryer along with everything from a coffee maker to juicer.

Shower has excellent pressure and plenty of hot water, but is shared and the only WC is in there. The bathroom is next to your room so as en suite as it can be.

The kitchen-living room is tastefully decorated. Everything in here is new and imepccably clean - we have a cleaner come every two weeks. There’s a dining table and sofa, and room for your food to be stored in between stays.

I am a friendly marketing professional who works long hours and is doing an MA too - so I’m early to bed and early to rise. I have the room at the front so there’s privacy in the flat with your room at the back. I respect privacy and the need for space but also happy having a chat and eating dinner together if I’m around.
