An Affordable Cozy Room in Putney

Hey,
I am moving out of my current room and looking for someone to take over!

Here’s a bit of information about the house:
1. You will be sharing the house with three more flatmates
2. You will be sharing the kitchen/living room and the bathroom
3. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, a really big closet, a nice table and a share and also your very own wash basin!
4. The room has ample amount of storage spaces. The bed has storage space under it!
5. Lovely flatmates. A girl and a guy, who love cooking and has a pet snail!
6. Amazing location. A lot of green around and safe!
7. Buses 260 and 430 can be taken to go to Putney Bridge Station or Putney Station. Barnes station is really close by too
8. Without bills the rent is £650 but the bills are the same for the whole year. It’s around £80.

I surely had a good time living here. The only reason I am leaving is because for my work.
