Sadly, my fabulous flatmate is moving in with her partner so I am looking for someone to fill her room in June.
It’s a two bedroom flat in the centre of Putney. Super modern space with washing machine and dishwasher. It’s a 2 min walk to Putney overground, 10 min walk to either East Putney station or Putney Bridge tube so it’s in a fab location. It’s super close to the Thames too which I love!
Rent will be £951.50 per month. Bills are roughly £100-110 per month
The room is a lovely and cosy space with a huge window, high ceilings and amazing view. You have a wardrobe cupboard and your own bathroom too. Furniture is included.
I am looking for someone who is laid back, tidy, fun and willing to be sociable but also someone who also has their own life outside the flat too!
Bit about me: I’m 28, work as a Primary teacher, enjoy keeping active with running, going out occasionally, gigs, but equally enjoy a night in too. So finding someone with similar interests would be FAB 🫶🏻
