August let (Light and spacious Putney flat)

Myself (Jaz) and my partner (Sam) will be travelling for the month of August and would like to let our flat out for this month.

We will be away from Monday 5th August until Saturday 31st August but we welcome people from 1st August (but we will be staying at the flat for the first four days- this will be useful for us to be able to give a handover).

The flat contains 3 double bedrooms (one of which has an en suite) and a separate large bathroom with shower and toilet. We have a large living room/ dining room area which has a south facing balcony meaning the room gets plenty of daylight. We have a kitchen which is kitted out with all the modern amenities (apart from we do not have a dishwasher).

The flat also has a washing machine. The flat is on the fifth floor in a lovely block of flats next to Putney Leisure Centre. You can walk to the river in 15 minutes max and Barnes and Sheen are also walkable. We are very lucky to have Richmond Park just a 20 min walk/ short bus journey away which is a lovely place to explore during August! We are a 7-10 min walk from Putney overground station (where you can get to Central London within 20 minutes). We are a 15 min walk to East Putney station (or short bus journey).

Opposite the flat there is a lovely parade of shops including an excellent pub, a couple of cafes and a lovely little corner shop. Supermarkets (Sainsburys) are also very close by.

Our only plea is that you would water our plants for us as Sam is currently enjoying growing a range of plants.

As we live in a block of flats it would not be possible to have parties here.
