Double Room for rent.

Double room in a fully furnished maisonette. Suitable for a clean, tidy and friendly person who does not mind coco the cat (who is fully taken care of by the current tenants but does like the occasional pat on the head)We are 2 female tenants who are looking for a flat mate who will treat the house like a home. Room has a double bed and the person interested in viewing must be made aware that the room leads on from mine (Basically you walk through my room into your room but it has its own door etc so it makes no difference to your room which is private & has so far worked out ok for me) This is the reason the rent is far cheaper than most other double rooms in this area which is lovely and we have a huge garden which is fully maintained by the gardeners!!! All bills are included and this also includes sky plus on the 42" plasma in the living room....Viewings are available from now!!!
