Come and join a great house near the Dukes Head Pub! Three fun and active guys are looking to find a fourth housemate to join our house share in a beautiful property in Putney.

(Our fourth is leaving us as she has got a job in another country, so the commute wasn't going to work...)

The bedroom available is a large, upstairs bright bedroom. It is furnished with a kingsize bed, 2 bedside cabinets, lots of full height wardrobes providing lots of storage, a book shelf, original fireplace and large (double glazed) sash window with a river view.

The house is a good size with a large kitchen with dining /lounge area and a separate living room. There is an enclosed (south facing) patio for storage of bikes / space for our BBQ and table tennis table. It is fully furnished with all amenities (TV in both lounges, Sky in the main lounge, Broadband wireless throughout the house). It has a main bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and a separate toilet/wet room with shower.

We are laid back, sociable and work in a variety of professional jobs. We like going out, playing sport, snowboarding & skiing, going to the gym, watching Rugby and cooking.

We are looking for someone who is independent while being happy to sit down and share dinner every now and then, a glass of wine and a film during the week, having a laugh and socialising at weekends, whether that be at the gym or in the pub. We can respect people's privacy and the need to have some space, but also like to have a chat and wind down together.

The house is right by the river, very close to Putney Bridge. Easy access to the river, rowing clubs and all the delights of Putney High Street. Excellent transport links, being a 10 minute walk from Putney Bridge (district line) and similar from Putney overground (main line into London Waterloo), numerous bus routes including a night bus from central London.

Move in date is 30 July ideally, but could be slightly earlier. Rent with Bills is £940pcm (flat rent of £850pcm with £90 for all bills incl. cleaner every 2 weeks).

Deposit required is £969.00, with one months rent in advance plus admin fees for credit check etc of £105 (split between incoming and outgoing persons). You would be required to pass the necessary checks and sign the contract before moving in.
