This bright double room includes a large double bed with wardrobe and storage facilities. A wide hallway affords enough room to securely store a bicycle and the living area is generously sized for two people.

The area with its proximity to riverside paths and Richmond Park lends itself to good opportunities for running and cycling in a pleasant setting. There are several gyms in the area as well as a cinema, shopping centre and a thriving high street all within walking distance. Waitrose, Sainsburys and Marks & Spencers are all within 5 minutes walk from the flat.

The local council is Wandsworth which has the lowest council tax in the UK. Average monthly bills come to £90-100 all in.
