Room available in Putney flat with river/park view

We have a single room available in a great flat on Putney Bridge Road with views of the river and park. We are a 5 minute walk from East Putney Tube (District Line) and a 10 minute walk to Putney Rail Station (trains to Waterloo).

You'd be living with 1 American girl (Maritza) and 1 Welsh guy (Dave). Maritza has lived in the flat for about 3 years and Dave moved in 18 months ago - we get on really well and hang out most evenings in the living room and more often than not you can find us in the pub! We're actually pretty good mates and share the same group of friends.

Maritza works for a small live music record label and Dave works for a digital corporate comms company in the City. As our flat currently consists of 2 guys and a girl, we're looking for preferably a guy to move in as it's a good balance. We're ideally looking for someone who is outgoing and someone eager to get involved!

If you don't know Putney, it's home to some great shops (Waitrose/Sainsbury's 5-10 min walk away), bars (Lost & Co take 8 mins...) and restaurants and is also a stones throw away from the Kings Road.
