Great double room in perfect Putney location!

Hi there!

I'm Seb and I'm looking for someone to take over my room from the beginning of April in a really great, spacious flat on the Lower Richmond Road. Basically my two current flatmates who you'd be moving in with are two really nice, easygoing girls who work in HR and law enforcement.

The flat is in a great location with it being less than 5 minutes walk to the high street and it's about 7 minutes walk to both Putney Station and Putney Bridge tube station on the district line.

Whether you take the overground or the tube, Central London is only 15-20mins away.

The girls are really easy going and the vibe in the flat is quite chilled during the week and a bit more happening on the weekends. They're just looking for someone tidy, conscientious, that treat the place as a home. The vibe is generally quite chilled where we have dinner together but also have our own space.

So the room. It's a really well finished and large double room which has loads of storage (two built in wardrobes) and a fireplace. The window looks out over the back of the building so is quiet, and has a darkening blind, it's basically a really nice, large double room. The living area is huge, with a big lounge and dining area, and a big, modern kitchen. There's one big bathroom and one additional toilet downstairs. Generally, the place is a really spacious and a lovely finished house that makes for a really nice home.
