Enormous room in a bright flat with great views!

I am looking for someone to join me in a lovely cosy flat in Putney as my flatmate is (sadly) moving on. You will need to go onto the lease and provide references to the agent.

THE FLAT

The flat is on the top (fourth) floor of a purpose built block with a LIFT and with great views from the huge living room window. It is a homely modern place with carpet throughout and big bright windows and lots of sun. It is also very warm in winter and the bills tend to be quite low. There is a modern shared bathroom (including bath) and toilet as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is also clean and modern and has a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room is HUGE and includes space for a bike if that is needed. It also includes a large sofa and dining table.

THE ROOM

The room is a huge double with a super-king bed, bedside tables, a very large set of drawers and a double wardrobe. It has lots of storage and the size of the living room and other spaces in the flat also provide storage. The room is really bright and sunny with fantastic views.

THE LOCATION

The flat is about 10-15 minutes walk from both East Putney tube and Putney mainline station. There are MANY buses that go from very nearby down to the mainline station / high street such that it is very easy to avoid walking.

ABOUT ME

I am a professional female and I work normal office hours. In the evenings I quite like to relax, perhaps with a wine, and watch a bit of TV - sometimes trashy, sometimes the latest series - I'm not too particular. In the weekends I tend to spend my time out at the gym or socialising with friends and don't mind the odd quiet night in.
