Double room in Putney: great location (bills incl)

We are looking for a professional female (age 26-33) to share our lovely home with us.

About the flat...
Situated in a period Victorian property, in a popular road off Putney High Street. We are a 4-5 minute walk from Putney overland station (15 minutes into Waterloo) and a 7-9 minute walk from East Putney (District line). Being so close to the High Street means shops, supermarkets, Virgin Active, cafes and bars etc. are all within easy walking distance. I am a keen (amateur) interior decorator so the flat is fully furnished (I was going for an English, eclectic Industrial look…) :) The flat has an eat-in kitchen, modern bathroom (shared with 2 others), a large reception room with another dining table and a further study. The flat is also situated on the 1st floor so it’s extremely safe and secure and also is very large, each bedroom is on a different floor so gives even more feeling of space and privacy!

Your room...
Double bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe, all linen can also be provided. Bills are approx. £80/month and included in the £850/month. Bills include; Wi-Fi, Sky, NetFlix, Council Tax, water, gas, TV licence. We are happy to discuss getting a cleaner which would be around £20 extra a month. We are flexible with the move in date, ideally you would move in between now-3 weeks. You will need to pay a deposit of £854 (your share of 6 weeks deposit) and £150 for the application (i. e. reference checks, being added to the lease etc.). The lease will be 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

About us...
A professional couple (Aussie aged 31 and South African aged 28), we've both lived in London for over 9 years (a combined 19 years) and love living in South West London, especially Putney. We are keen to share a glass of wine and a home cooked meal every now and then with our new flat mate. Our interests include; juicing, cooking, hot power yoga at the House of Yoga Putney), watching cricket and rugby (my boyfriend, not me...), going to the movies and socialising with friends etc. We are both very busy and social and I do quite a bit of travel with work so am often away for a week or more every month.
