Hi there - we are Eira and Harriet and we're looking for someone to move
into the large, light double bedroom we have available. The room is huge - ideal
for a couple as there's so much space, with 2 large built in wardrobes with
an en-suite bathroom (contains shower and sink - no toilet).

The flat opens up to a large open kitchen/dining room/living room area. Its
open plan design allows it to be a great large space for dining, relaxing
in the evening, getting together after work, dinner parties or a nice cup
of tea! The kitchen has a cozy 'hatch' which we call our mini breakfast bar! This opens out
into the dining area, furnished with table and chairs. The 'living room'
area has a convenient 'nook' for bike storage. On the 1st floor there is
the landing with the 3 bedrooms with a
separate toilet and bathroom (shared by Eira and I).

The bedroom for rent has been recently painted and is absolutely stunning. The room is well-lit and has a lovely view of a lawn
with gorgeous blossom trees, which hides the road. The en-suite contains
a sink and shower and bathroom cabinet. The landlord is providing a new double bed for the room.

The property is in a fantastic location - we're a 5-10 minute walk between
East Putney tube and Putney train stations (both short journeys to central
London), there are handy bus routes to Wimbledon, Kingston, Roehampton and Clapham Junction with
further routes into town from the centre of Putney. We're 5 minutes walk to
Putney Heath and Wimbledon Common, which is glorious in the summer for country walks and great for those avid runners amongst you.

About us:

Eira works locally and I work in the city. We're both keen
cyclists, outgoing, good fun and love a nice glass of wine in our local
pub. We're very clean and tidy and really easy to get along with. We're
looking for housemates similar to ourselves, who are young professionals,
friendly and sociable who enjoy having a laugh.

The Rent Breakdown:

The rent of £1050pcm covers everything, including TV and internet in
addition to all other utility bills. There is a deposit of £900. There is a one off admin fee with the agency as well. The contract would start
on 01/04/2015.
