Double room in quiet Cottage, private parking

Hi there

I am going to be away from London from the 29th of April to the 25th of May and I am leaving my room up for rent.

The room is located in a nice and independent cottage with parking space and a well sized garden.

The garden is a great space to relax or for a good bbq on those nice sunny days ... although there are not many in England!

The room is on the first floor, kitchen and living room on the ground floor. There is a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower as well.

High speed Wi-Fi and all other amenities are available. In the living room we also have a big TV with PS3.

The area is really quiet and within walking distance from many nice pubs and restaurants!
- 1 min walk from the 22/N22/265/485 bus routes.
- 10-15min walk from the district line tube station (Putney Bridge), Barnes rail station and Putney rail Station.
- 10 min walk from Putney High street
- 5 min from the river

The other 2 flatmates are very quiet, chilled and nice to spend time with.

The room can be viewed from the 9th of April.

There is no deposit, but the payment is due by the time you move in.
