House: The house is a large modern 4 bed with original features. There is a large bathroom with separate tub and double rainfall showers (to be shared between 3), a large kitchen with dining area and lovely communal lounge. There is space for off road parking for one car, secure bike storage and a patio out the back ideal for summer BBQ’s! There is lots of storage space available and a basement.

Location: The location is outstanding on a lovely quiet residential road in Putney with easy access to the high-street (10 minute walk down 1 road) where all the bars, shops, restaurants etc are located. The house is within moments of the River Thames and the lower Richmond Road which has its own array of pubs, takeaways, cafes and restaurants. There are good bus links within a minutes’ walk and both the Putney overground and Putney bridge tube (District line) are within a 10-15 minute walk.

The room: The room is a large furnished double with lots of storage and 2 large shelving units. The bed in a king sized double with an amazing memory foam mattress. It is a quiet room with blackout curtains so you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep! There is also a wardrobe and large chest of draws so ideal if (like myself) you have too many clothes..

Housemates: You’ll be sharing with 1 girl and 2 guys aged between 27-31. All are professionals working in sales, advertising and banking. They have their own friends and interests but are all very friendly and happy to chat and have the odd evening in/ night out together. A female professional would be preferred to keep the balance.
