A bright, large and furnished double room in Putney SW15 is available for the right flatmate starting from 15th of March (earlier is possible).

Details:
-Location: a quiet & safe area in Putney, 10-15 min walk to both Putney rail and East Putney District line tube station. Five minutes to a bus stop with buses to Clapham Junction, Hammersmith, Fulham, Central London, Wimbledon etc
-Bedroom: quite a large room with a wardrobe, double bed, large chest of drawers, a shelf and a smaller bedside chest of drawers
-Bathroom: clean and modern, good water pressure from the shower, storage cabinet
-Area: a quiet street, the room is west-facing, so you get lots of sun when it's out and a nice view of London Eye and the Shard
-Bills come to £60pcm (Council Tax, energy, Sky broadband)
-Deposit and admin fees will be payable to the managing agency KFH. FYI, there will be reference checks.
-A cleaner comes twice a month, the cost not included in the bills above
-Ample storage available in the flat, there is a bookshelf in the hall
-Kitchen: a bit on a smaller side, but has got a microwave, a gas cooker + oven, cupboards, a washing machine with a dryer
-Living room: lots of light during the day! Dinner table for 4, sofas, bookshelf and a coffee table.

You would be sharing with a lovely & friendly French girl, who works really hard. Since she is a PhD student, she works most of the time from home. In her free time, she likes to visit museums, read and watch TV series (big Game of Thrones fan!). I love living here, we really get on with the current flatmate and the flat is great, but I'm going traveling and, unfortunately, have to leave the flat.

The flat is very much a calm and quiet home, not a party place at all.
