Large Double Room in Friendly Flat Share

We have a beautiful large double room free from the 1st of June in East Putney. It's about 8min walk to the tube station, 15mins walk to over ground train in Putney and is well connected to Victoria and Clapham with a bus right outside the door.
The room is furnished with two cupboards and two sets of drawers, so plenty of storage.
There is two other flat mates in the house, one kiwi guy and one South African girl. Both are friendly and chilled and are looking for a flatmate to join the flat family. It's not just a flat, its a home, so they are looking for someone who is respectful, fun, has a sense of humour and enjoys the odd glass of wine.

The rent includes all bills! Cleaner, netflix, wifi and even toilet paper and jam!
There is a reference and agency fee of £250 however.
