Looking for someone to take over my cosy double bedroom from 27th July (one or two days slightly earlier if required). The flat is situated 2 minutes walk away from the main line station and 7 minute walk to East Putney tube station.

There are many high street shops, bars, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets at your door step.

The room comprises of a double bed, and over bed cupboards. With extra storage on top and under the bed. The flat has a shared living area, kitchen and refurbished bathroom.

You will be sharing this flat with two lovely, easy going and very social professional ladies. Who from time to time may watch a movie or host dinner parties. You also get the perks of living in a safe, community orientated street with at least two street parties in the year.

The rent is 613.67 exactly which excludes bills. The current bills in total come up to £40 per month(this includes, gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband). There will be an additional one off admin fee of £150.
