Lovely Double Room in Putney

We have a lovely (but cosy) double room available in our beautiful 3 bedroom flat in central Putney, located a short walk from Putney National Rail and East Putney Station.

The room is on the smaller side for a double but perfect for one person. It's been my room for 4 years and really love it so didn't want to give it up while I go travelling for a couple of months. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, set of drawers, shelving unit and wardrobe.

The flat has 2 bathrooms (no ensuites which is a plus), a light and bright living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a communal garden and off road parking for one car (that none of us currently use). The flat is huge and open plan with high ceilings and a lot of windows which makes it really light and bright.

Bills are included in the rent and the flat is equipped with SKY, internet and all modern appliances. We also have a cleaner each week (not included in bills).

The current house mates are 2 friendly girls aged in their mid/late-30's and we are looking for a girl to take my place for a couple of months and join them in our lovely flat. The flat is definitely worth a look and ideal if you are between flats or looking for your perfect long-term room.

The rent for the room is £750 per month including bills (which is great for the flat and location), and the security deposit is £200.

The room is available from the 7th October until the 21st December and looking to rent for 2 full months between these dates.
