Looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy (June-September) as I am moving to be closer to work.

Double room in a 3 bed flat in Fulham Park Gardens. Room has its own sink, as well as ample storage space. 2 mins walk to Putney Bridge tube and bus station, 5 mins walk to Parsons Green station. Plenty of shops, pubs and resaurants nearby, Bishop's Park is a 3 min walk away.

Sharing with two guys aged 23 and 26, both working in West London and in the office 5 days a week.

Flat comes with one bathroom, a very nice living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Looking for someone early to mid twenties, boys or girls welcome. There is potential to begin a new lease in September too.
