We have a large single room available in our 3 bed terraced house with a large garden in a quiet, leafy residential neighbourhood. House has 2 floors plus a large loft space for storage, 2 bathrooms including one with a shower over a large bath (which would be primarily yours), shared home office (one of us works from home FT) and a combo washer/dryer. We have off-street parking, there's ample free parking on our street plus and it's accessible to many transport links (busses and trains).

Bills are about £120 per month including council tax (Band D) and fast internet.

You'll be sharing with an easygoing, extroverted couple in their 30's/40's who like movies and video games, cooking, gardening, travelling and outdoor activities. Current housemate is leaving due to change in job. We've put a lot of work into the house and garden over the past 3 years to create a little oasis near the city 🌴 If this sounds like the right thing for you then let's have a proper chat!
