PLEASE READ: Looking for someone to take over my room tenancy for this large ensuite room as i have to move out early. The person replacing me will have 3 months left on the tenancy then it will move onto a rolling contract. The rent is 1150 (the deposit is also 1150) but i will pay 250 for each of the 3 remaining months of the contract, bringing your rent payments to 900 per month until august 10th. After this time if you choose to remain in the room, the rent price will revert to 1150 per month on a rolling contract with the landlord unless you decide to leave. All bills are included in price.
Room comes furnished with a king sized bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, a small set of draws and a large set of draws.
Huge kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines, a dryer and more than enough cupboard space.
Flatmates are all friendly and very quiet.
Raynes park station is less than a 10min walk away and from there you can get to london waterloo in less than 20mins.
