Our house is located in an ultra convenient location a short walk from Raynes Park Station. We are very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. We also have the local David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge 24 hour Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from Trafalgar Square!

The interior of the house is nuetrally decorated. We have a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a lovely sunny garden perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's The kitchen-diner has the usual mod cons plus there is a ground floor shower room and 1st floor bathroom and a separate wc.

We have a lovely LARGE room available from 1ST April. The room comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is plenty of space to accommodate a desk if required.

You will be sharing with other friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to ensure the house is a welcoming one to come home to!

The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one month’s rent is required as deposit to secure the room.
