We are a couple who are leaving due to relocation needing another couple to take our place in lovely flat share.
Rent is £734 a month plus bills. water/gas/electric done quarterly. Last gas/electric bill was £56 per head take in mind that is over Summer months.
Its a flat split over 2 floors in a great location 5 minutes maximum walk to Raynes park station which takes you straight to Waterloo. Also bus routes to Wimbledon station which has the district line and Croyden tram-link.
We are moving 7th September and will be getting it professionally cleaned that day so can either move in that evening or the Monday. £500 deposit needed once deal made in order to take flat off the market and £50 referencing will be requested from landlady.
Lovely flat mate who is very neat and been brilliant to live with he has been in location for 4 years.
Parking is available by applying with the council right outside the flat.
