I have a Large double bedroom with own private living room and bathroom available in a great house in Raynes Park. The rent includes all bills (Virgin fibre optic broadband/Internet, Virgin TV, cleaner, council tax, gas and electricity)

The House:
Located in Kingston Road only 5mins walk away from Raynes Park station (22mins to Waterloo), the house is fitted out to a high standard with a large modern kitchen with all appliances (two fridges, dish washer & washing machine). There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which will be your own. The house also has a large sunny roof terrace that is perfect for BBQ’s.

The Bedroom:
A large double bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers.

Your Living room:
A large private living room that comes fully furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, built-in wardrobes and tons of storage space. You’ll have to bring your own television as the room doesn't come with one but there is already a Virgin TV box installed in the room.

Your bathroom:
You will have access to your own private bathroom that has a shower, wash basin and a toilet.

Whom you will be sharing with:
You’ll only be sharing with myself. I'm a 31yo Italian - South African guy, work in IT in the city and consider myself to be very easy going and sociable. I'm quite a keen runner, enjoy keeping fit and not a massive party animal however I enjoy going down the pub for a pint as much as the next person.

I'm looking for a tidy, easy going, 25+ year old professional person to share with. This is a really great opportunity to have the space and privacy of your own flat for far less rent!

The cost of the room(s) is £900/month (all inc), £900 deposit. The minimum period on the contract will be 6 months. The room(s) will be available from the end of February.
