A lovely and bright large double room with en-suite toilet and sink, in a large 4 bedroom property literally a 3 minute walk from Raynes Park rail station.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Curent house mates include 2 girls and 1 guy, all professionals. I'm moving out due to the work office moving and it taking too long to travel in the morning/evening, other wise I would love to stay.

The house is on a quite street and has 2 car parking spaces, one of which will become available when I move out.

A fairly large living room downstairs and a kitchen with a washing machine/microwave/fridge-freez er/Gas central heating.

Large back garden with a pear tree and apple tree.
