Double room available

Hello! We are a couple and looking for professional sharer. The house has a nice living room which opens up to dining area and good size open plan kitchen and also exit to a very nice garden area. There is a separate downstairs WC and then upstairs there is a huge bathroom, with a bath and shower. The house is in a quiet street(not a main road) and just 2min walk to the park.

Transport links:
Very easy access to A3, just a couple of minutes drive.
Raynes Park station is around 10min by walk. With trains every 3-5min to central London. Takes 15min to Vauxhall or 18min to Waterloo.
Just 5min to the bus station, bus 163 towards Wimbledon or Morden.

Double room:
The double room is upstairs. The room is spacious, it has a huge wardrobe and a double bed.

All of the bills are included in the rent. Including the fastest available broadband.
We will have to ask for additional one time payment of £50 for reference checks.
