A massive ground floor bedroom is available in our spacious friendly house! We’re all professional people who enjoy socialising in the evenings, but also have our own lives and activities.
The house is located on a quiet road, minutes from Raynes Park Station. The area has several restaurants, coffee shops, and a Sainsbury, Co-op and large Waitrose.
The house has a shared lounge, bathroom and kitchen (with 2 fridge freezers, a dishwasher and a washing machine), large conservatory opening on to a deck, and large garden, perfect for the summer. The house had a new boiler fitted about a year ago, and there is ample storage space in the loft.
The room comes furnished with a bed, new mattress, bedside table, large, new, wooden cupboard, and a small bookcase. A large, pine chest of drawers (which unfortunately isn't visible in the photos) is available to purchase. (The large white bookshelf, white bedside table and fish tank and stand are not included with the room).
The room is privately let (so no agency fees!), and the landlord will require an employment and previous landlord reference.
Please note - this room is not available to couples.
The rent is £412 per month, plus an additional £100 (max) monthly for bills.
